At Social Care Services Group we provide safe, nurturing environments for young people. Through clear boundaries, expectations and planned outcomes based on their assessed needs, we help children and young people to thrive in preparation for a fulfilling adult life.
With every young person, our intention is for them to make a successful return to living within a family, either their own or a substitute or to equip them with the skills and knowledge to manage the transition to independent living.
Bespoke care and/or placement plans ensure that each young person receives an individual approach from all members of staff and are suitably placed within a home that meets their needs.
