We provide training and qualification to Level 4 Diploma and support from experienced teams to enable you to succeed with a structured pay scale and career development opportunities.
What are the roles?
As a residential care worker you will be providing ongoing care for our young people including daily routine support, communication, independent living skills, learning and leisure activities.
Some challenging behaviours may present, so similar experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided throughout the duration of your employment.
The young people in our care have suffered neglect and other forms of abuse throughout their short lives. You could be one of our team that can show them there is a better life and that adults can be trusted, maybe for the first time in their lives.
Where will I be based?
We have numerous homes across the North West including Stockport, Salford, Leigh, Wigan, Bolton and Chorlton with full time and part time positions available.
What are the hours?
Due to the nature of the role where you will be providing full time care for children and young people, we require employees to be available to work across 24 hours, including weekends, holidays and bank holidays.
Expected Earnings
From: £27,000 - £31,500
(Based on Full Time Position including sleep in duties)
